Our Process
The following is a brief overview of what a typical search
process entails...
Our first objective is to understand your organization, your
expectations of your new hire, and the personal and
professional traits you are seeking.
At this point the intensive
research phase of the search commences. This will include
extensive industry research and networking, a review of your
top competition, and, of course, contacting prospective
candidates.
From the initial candidate
selection, our professional staff will then conduct in-depth
screening interviews to determine if the candidate can meet
or exceed your requirements.
With client consultation the
field is narrowed and the top two to four candidates are
selected for the client interview process.
All references are checked and
validated by our trained staff.
All aspects of the recruitment
process are handled on a professional and confidential basis.
Most assignments are completed
within 30 - 45 days.
